Projects

Category Description Status Trend Priority Est. Completion Date
Email New Mass Email Domains and Servers
The design of the current footprint of email domains and servers at the University can occasionally lead to issues where messages are blocked when a system sends a high volume of email. New servers and domains are being created to ensure the uconn.edu domain does not get blocked in these scenarios. Building reputation on the new servers is taking longer than anticipated, which is causing delays in new domain rollout.

Email New "Bulk Mail" Domain and Servers
To handle the quantity of "bulk" email sent by systems at the University, a new bulkmail option for Mass Mail is being created. The new servers required for this service are slowly building reputation, and the project is dependent on the pace that the 'internet' accepts these new servers as valid UConn mail servers.
